Re: Andon's STL Stellaris Game
I actually delved into modding it and Made my own STL mod with a bit of personal improvements to it. Einstein Was Right, the original STL mod, had removed Hyperlane and Wormhole travel. I figured out how to modify them to be "Slower" than light as well. Then went and fiddled with a few AI ...

Re: Andon's STL Stellaris Game
I've played a bunch more and wrote a ton of notes.... only to find out the AI doesn't use the basic "FTL" drives with the STL mod, until a certain point. Which is significantly further along than pretty much any empire should be before they start expanding. So, until that's fixed, I'm not ...

The First Fifteen Years. Just as a note: I'll be skimming over a bunch of things. No need to tell every little bit of detail. The early stuff will get in more detail, but later in the game it'll be more trimmed down because more is happening. http://i.imgur.com/yRiwTjP.jpg Early on, Damghalla the He...

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present: The Yeldon Council. http://i.imgur.com/JOCG5MA.jpg Hailing from Dromacca in the Katol system, the Yeldon have the Communal, Adaptive, and Rapid Breeders advantageous traits, and the Deviants and Weak negative traits. They are Militarist and Fanatic Materialist, and t...

Andon's STL Stellaris Game
So, I've decided to run an... unorthodox Stellaris game, and document it. How unorthodox? Well, primarily it'll have no FTL drives. While that's not entirely true since the game engine breaks if you try to make that the case, the mod makes travel between stars take a significant amount of time. Ther...

Elite: Dangerous
I know a few of us play. We should get together and fly sometime.
I'm usually around in the afternoons, US time. I'd say my Clipper has acceptable performance in most areas, so I could go for pretty much anything.

Re: RT's RL Update
Bard's and NotJ's objections were nothing to do with privacy and were on how the public forums would be moderated. One of the reasons why I'm not for putting up walls is that's what led us to the very situation we're at - Where the only thing that goes on is blood bowl stuff. And half, or more, of t...

Event Guidelines
The term 'Event' is a very loose one. It can be anything from 'Hey, I'm going to be playing Stellaris, anyone want to join?' to 'I want to make a regular group of League of Legends players for every Thursday at 5PM UTC.' That said, there are still some guidelines to make things run smoother. ⋅&...

Re: Rolling Thunder Resources
Information for Twitter and the Facebook group have been added, and we expect the Steam Group to be ready to go soon. I'd also like to mention that none of these are mandatory. Events might require voice chat via Mumble or Discord, but following the Twitter feed, joining the Facebook group, or being...

Re: RT's RL Update
The whole forum is public now? Ouch. Expect to see less from me then. Well, I did [url=http://rtsquad.matchfire.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=555] make a post on it and there were no objections... Also, just in case it wasn't clear - Old stuff is available to anyone who could have viewed it a...

Re: RT's RL Update
With the reorganization, forums are publicly readable. Didn't want to plaster possibly personal stuff all over the internet without people knowing it was being plastered.
