Well big congratulations to the Mighty UnderCheesers, winning the league even with (misguided) people calling them 'tier 3' and 'massive underdogs' and expecting other teams to walk away with the league.

Still, got nearly all of my predictions wrong.

If the lads had managed to not balls up in games they should've won, then they could've added to their other deserved victories and pushed for the title.

Roll on the cup. When does it start?

Sunday ideally. I'll get a program up tonight given half a chance.

For those unaware he's having a go at me here.

Bit harsh there methinks... "tier 3" was from a third party source, and as for massive underdogs... did you see his last season's record? Plus, he didn't rate his own chances.

If you're going to mock my predictions, go for the "I'll give you 10-1 on Wood elves only scoring one against the Mighty Undercheesers" :P

Unlike you I'm not going to bemoan my bad luck (done enough of that) and instead say congrats on winning with a race that are, statistically, unlikely to win leagues, and that despite predictions of various teams running away with it - and the Norse actually running away with it for two thirds of the season, it ended really close, good fun!

Oh dear.

There was no mention of 'luck'.

Try thinking before you type sometime, it'll save everyone a fair bit of hassle.

And you still owe me for that bet.

I totally called an Undercheesers win before any of you lot got on the bandwagon. Bloody hipsters.

Psh. I said the elves would run away with it too :-)
I'm awful at predictions.

Think it's a bit overkill saying the Norse were "running away with it" though. There was always someone within a couple of points of my team IIRC and I always had my 3 toughest games at end of season.

Was lucky to get as far as I could - my luck wouldn't last.

Heehee. I have to admit I thought I could do a lot better than last place, but an Underworld team is always a few bad dice away from completely falling apart and never feels safe. They're hard work but very fun :)

The Brewer's Brawlers have been celebrating a massive league win for the last few nights with a non stop drinking session until it was realised someone posted the rankings upside down.

Starting immediately a non stop commiseration drinking session will begin until the third game of the next season. Now, where is that mushroom grog we stole last match?

Enjoyed my first league, cheers chaps. It was tough getting used to the game but I think the Tomb Army started to find it's feet by the end of it.

I still don't know for sure if I'll be able to commit to another season but will make a decision soon enough.

I like that David Bowie is wearing his trademark Ziggy Stardust facepaint.

Sweet, cheers Rav!

PS I like how his horrifying shoulderappendage has been edited out for the sake of the children.
