The Crackers didn't have to crack anything; 4 Idiots broke their own bones to get off the pitch sharpish, and the one fouler got sent off, then the Red Skulls made sure the Baddies couldn't do anything else!

It was a rather pitiful show from the Baddies, they've been deleted forever already. Idiots.

Oh, and now we have to log in we can't just follow links to see match reports; so ID, pull your finger out and the get that lovely match image graphic done like you promised us you would.

Oh I did log on, but I had to do like two or three extra clicks.

On the plus side you don't have to put the password in when you upload a match. But I hope after reading the logon thread you understand the necessity of having logons.

You shouldn't have to log on too often; I will at some point try and make it remember that you've logged on for a while (a week perhaps?). This isn't online banking we're talking about here, there's no need to continually re-authenticate.

Can I suggest a rules change for next season?

It's to do with tie-breakers in the league where the teams have the same number of points. Currently we do TD difference. What I've seen in some places is that the tie-breaker is TD difference + (0.5 * casualty difference). Casualty rates are roughly half touchdown rates so it seems to make sense to me, the current system does seem to favour high-scoring teams, when some teams simply aren't high-scoring but are hard-hitting.

Obviously we would need to ask the BBDB development team to make a change but I'm sure they can fit that in before next season starts, if we want to go that way.

Currently tied positions are done on TD difference (FACT - now let's move on).

I like this alternative, I think Rav indicated he liked it too, and I don't think anyone else has offered firm opinions?

G's proposal makes more sense than the dull, non-blood bowl-ethics of 'top scorer' (yawn) decides ties.

I think this is a "yes" but I'm not sure.

If anyone else has any other proposals besides TD difference and TD difference + (0.5 * casualty difference) then do share...

Well, since Chaos Pact aren't in the Blood Bowl client ...

I'm still Nurgle/Norse. I have a gentlemen's agreement with la that one of us will take Nurgle in season 9 & the other gets first dibs on them in season 10.
