Actually Rav, it's not our game until Sunday - you need to catch up with Spinx.

Cool, Spinx takes priority as he's 2 games behind but I'd love to smash your prancing ninnies into the dirt.

That, and you should all be ashamed that a rookie Goblin team is 2nd in the table.

SECOND IN THE TABLE I TELL YOU.

Very well then, I'll get the boys sharpening their claws and we'll see how many of your dried up old corpses we can turn back into dust.

I'm afraid the Fables! are having a reality crisis and have temporary left this dimension.

If you would like to contact them please call 0333 000 310 and they will get back to you when they can.

I totally forgot who I was supposed to be playing this week anyway hence arranging the game against Id3! I have a pass to play tuesday night. If we aim for 8 that should work. I'll hit you up on FB if you're not on steam ok?

Kenhotep Connor. Gone, but not forgotten.

The Dwarves received in the first half and scrummed down into the middle of the pitch with their Deathroller leading the way. The Carrions were able to slow them down but the Dwarven passing game got the job done as the ball went happily down the pitch to score in turn 5.

This left the Carrions 3 turns to score. Luckily the Deathroller was gone but it's a big ask. The ball was kicked deep but we were able to retrieve it and hand it off to a Blitz-Ra for a sprint up the pitch. The rest of the team marked all but one dwarf and the Carrion's Wizard lined up a lightning bolt to take care of him. It missed. The plucky dwarf runner charged in for a 1D block to free up the ball. A push. Reroll. Skull. Justice! At half time it was 1-1

In the second half the Carrions received again but got caught up at midpitch with nowhere to go. We were able to open up a path on the left sidelines but the Dwarves sealed it trapping the ball carrier. As part of a plan to get the ball free and switch play to the right I blitzed with the ballcarrier and clicked yes to follow up without thinking. Oops.

A block killed the Thro-Ra and RTBBL legend and the ball scattereds to the dwarves. Another pass but this time intercepted(!!!!!) but sadly there was no time to get a winning touchdown.

Good game from Spinx, and although the stats say my D6 rolls were poor, it never felt like that at the time.

Interesting result!! And another death, it does seem to be a particularly dangerous league this year.

All the high numbers made me long for more stats, so I have created records for a game (and for a team in a game) and put them in the Hall Of Fame post. Since the only way (I think!) is manually, I am just updating it as we go along. This game has most attempted blocks, but not most successful ones.

Ooof, it's a good thing you didn't keep the injuries from our aborted game then.

I hope my internet connect gets sorted soon, I'm starting to get a taste for the violent side of Blood Bowl.

I think my last game would be a contender for "Largest Difference in Block Dice Rolled on Each Side"

Sounds like a cracking match dudes, Im flabbergasted with all that passing and intercepting.

I was just saying t'other night how lucky Rav had been with not losing his keys players... Percy has sent you some consolation mushrooms in the post (Oyster Caps).

Now we're off to look at this Hall of Fame nonsense.

This is the second Thro-Ra I've lost - I've had to re-resurrect Charred Hawtrey to fill in so we'll see if he does better this time.
