It would be pretty sweet to see a nicely developed skaven team, dude. I think the most we've had is my season two team who played six matches.

Well Abom seems to be leaning towards the Gobbos for next season, so I currently favour Skaven or Vampires, probably Skaven as the rest of the league won't be quite as developed as the Mighty Cheeseosophers.

Update - as of 11th January here's what people seem to be thinking:

Abom - Goblins, possibly Skaven
Daigoro - Pro-Elves
Gandalf - Ogres
Id3 - Necro
La - Skaven, possibly Vampires
Moose - Undead
NJ - Dark Elves / Orcs
Raveen - Pro-Elves, Chaos Dwarves, possibly Norse. Maybe something else entirely. Possibly Dark Elves or Necro.
Red Lion - A grab bag of leftovers and rejects. So presumably Underworld then

Underworld are amazing fun - until the point the team just isn't anymore. So much so that I'm tempted to start a new Underworld team. Or even to carry on the Mighty Undercheesers - but I need a break from them.

Cup final is 24th Jan. Are we straight into the new season on 1st Feb, or having a week or two off?

I can't see there being a Sunday I can't do this side of summer.

You can't be pro-elves because daigoro is. I thought you were being CDwarves with their freakish level-ups? If it helps at all, season 9 I will probably be bringing Nurgle or Norse along.

I don't know who RL3 is going... his trainee undead team can't be used as moose wants to bring undead back, and I don't think he wants the amazon again. If red lion really wants undead, he can throw the cup semi-final in the hope that the undead win the cup.

I think Abom is fairly set on Goblins, and as a result la wants Skaven (aka "a proper team"). You'll have to check though, as on 10th Dec Abom said he wants Skaven again if he doesn't win the cup.
