I wondered if anyone wanted to say what teams they were going to play with next league season after the cup, partly to see if I'd be stepping on anyone's toes.

I have to change, and had thought I would go back to skaven, but am now considering Vampire and High Elf, with Skaven lingering in third. I believe that both would be new to the league (and me).

I'm considering Vampire to be honest. but if you want them I wouldn't be that put out.

I would like to see a vampire team around next season. I've played with them a bit before, capable of awesomeness or epic fail.

I want to play Wood Elves again at some point, but not now, I would like to bring back my Ogre team for season 5, who were just getting fun in terms of skills at the end of season 3. Will be fun to see if I can beat my TD total from last season. Wood Elves are the highest and Ogres the lowest scoring, according to BBM (I think).

I'd like to bring the Astrogranite Apocalypse in for the next season. They're a chaos team I used back when RT were playing informally, rather than in a scheduled league. They're a well developed team with a TV of 1830, but as the league now has several well developed teams I don't think they'll be a problem.
That said, if anyone else doesn't think I should bring the team in, for whatever reason, please say so in this thread so we can discuss it as a group before I go ahead and commit.

I don't have a problem with that Wyld.

I'm not fussed about high value teams. I'm not sure if I'll play Fables! again or bring back SuchDodge.

I don't have a problem with Wyld bringing in a team for a Pre RTBBL era as it was created within RT matches.

For the record I would be far less keen to see a team created in one of the open leagues transfer into the RT BBL.

I too am fine with Wyld's mega chaos signing up, until they destroy my new team, then I'll probably change my mind

I'm think either Humans or Halflings. Or a team of skinks.

Or goblins. Actually, I'd like a skink team with two kroxigors and chainsaw, but I don't know how to program well enough to make that happen.

What's the deal with friendly matches to get new teams some SPPs?

Say, for example, la wanted to sacrifice some Thralls to my Necros or Amazons in order to try and get some SPPs on his Vampires (should he choose them) would anyone have any issues with that, say in lue of an exhibiton match for me now that I'm out of the cup?

I think you should be allowed to play the same amount of games as the teams that would get to the finals, so alls fair (in love and war).

So, you miss out on two cup matches, so you have 'two games in the bag.

But what would I know, I'm not the boss.

I had anticipated that people would play matches with their S4 teams but it makes perfect sense to start S5 teams now so I say crack on.

la is still in the cup though... so this would mean some managers getting additional fixtures for their teams compared to others. Is this OK?

Yeah, the main question was if it's ok for his newbie team to play some matches, especially if there are going to be some big TV teams about.

I don't see how that would be any different from Wyld bringing in his Chaos though.

lawastooshort take Vampires if you want them, I'll have another team if I play.

I genuinely considering whether I've time to play next season, I always have no time midweek if I fall behind in fixtures for any reason, and keeping every Sunday evening free is getting a bit trickier lately.

Will get back to you
