If you want to play Planetside 2 with us, there are some things to know:
1. We PLay on the server Woodman on the faction New Konglomerat .
2. Get on Mumble and join the Planetside2 Woodman-NC Channel so ppl can see that you are online and playing!
more things coming ...
Plz stick that and help me fill it, we could also need a newbieguide fixed here.

Re: Read First !
Hey Fazz,
Definitely planning to do something like this for all games, once Andon give me mod powers (nudge nudge poke Andon!). Alternatively we could use the RT wiki more, though that's a bit more inaccessible to people and I don't think too many newer recruits even know it exists!

Re: Read First !
I would keep it first all on one system. New people dont want to read a whole new Forum and then going into a wiki ...
SO i think we just should collect all important starting infos.

Re: Read First !
Mumble is problematic for me, but their in-game voice chat is serviceable.

"South of the Alps and East of the Adriatic, paranoia is considered mental equilibrium..."

Re: Read First !
Got to play with my mumble settings - you all sounded very quiet last night and kept getting drowned out by the rock music and explosions :-)
<Remember to put something witty in here>

Re: Read First !
i also raised mumbles audio output by 60% for PS2
Re: Read First !
About the shooting not letting me hear mumble/skype, I've decreased PS2 volume to 20%, while mumble being 100%, from the windows volume controls. It works pretty well and I've done that on every game basically.

Turn down your in-game effects and especially the music.
