It was a 20v20 -ish game, think it got up to 24 or 25 a side in the end. Played on a map that was too big, but whatever.

Rave, id3nt, notj & myself turned up, I think we all flew for the losing team (IC tacspan vs rix). It was good fun, though my ears were bleeding from the constant swearing of our comm (and I mean *constant*, every third word started with f). I proxed a whole bomb run, it was just like old times.

The drama was a reminder of one of the reasons I don't play it much anymore though. I can't guarantee I'll have a good & relaxing time, which is not the case with many other games.

Ya, Deathrender has a bit of a rage issue. He is probably the worst offender, at least on a regular basis. He was also out of his element a bit, I'm sure, as he doesn't have a whole lot of large game experience.

Either way, I was pleased to see more than a handful of names from back in the golden days. Thanks for deciding to show up, I really was hoping to be able to join you guys.

On that map we should have gone IC Sup and galved them off the map but I can't criticise DR for stepping up. He might not have my ideal commanding style but he was willing to do the job for which he deserves credit.

I had far more fun that I had expected.
