Weeknights are a bit random. Wednesdays are normally out, then there's chores and time with my wife to fit in, so it's a bit random as to if I am free on any given weeknight. If I am it's sometime between 8pm - 11:15pm, so that really doesn't fit with your options.

Sunday 6pm - 11pm is the most reliably free time, which again doesn't fit with any options :p
