Wizards!
Re: Wizards!
Andronicus? You doing anything? notjarvis, you have control of Mordin for now. Are you doing anything?
Re: Wizards!
Mordin Joins in the small talk. Looking out for mention of anyone injured or who is in need for a healer (like the Boy scout he is) :-)

Re: Wizards!
Ask if they need any assistance with their food preparations
Re: Wizards!
(After going over the character sheet, I noticed that a couple of us would do a lot better with the Dagger than me dualwielding it. Hence I give up my backstabbing dreams, and become affixed to headbashing dreams. And I offer up the dagger.)
*Me surreptitiously approaches Andronicus and Uther from the back with an unsheathed dagger in hand*
Oh, Uthhhhheeeeeeerrrrr. I need a mahogany stand for a secondddddd.
And try to slow THIS Andronicus!

Re: Wizards!
I like to see how this plays out. Uther, Andronicus, your ball.
Re: Wizards!
The party is greeted well by Ibun and her entourage, a selection of hardened guards and giggling scantily clad women. Ibun tells you that preparations for the event is going well, and you will be given an audience with His Highness in due course.
Mordin nobly asks if there is anyone ill or sick in the city, which gains him approving smiles from the women. Ibun tells him that one of the lady's mother has been struck down by a strange pox which none of them could cure.
As Andronicus starts to ask if they needed help with cooking, Verincent suddenly draws a dagger and moves eerily towards him and Uther.
"Oh, Uthhhhheeeeeeerrrrr. I need a mahogany stand for a secondddddd.
And try to slow THIS Andronicus!"
Ibun is not sure how to react. The drawing of weapons is certainly most impolite in eastern culture. But maybe this is some strange new custom from the west?

Re: Wizards!
Uther turns around to see what IBUN is looking at, and, thinking fast decides to declare that Veriincent is doing a customary war dance, which is honourable type of greeting in Verincent's culture
Attempt to plant the GENIUS idea in Verin's head that he should now begin to dance something like the Haka with his knife out
(can't remember what it costs to cast)
(muwahahahahahah Dance my little monkey. DANCE!)
hopefully this will impress Ibun somewhat and I can get to pumping her for information :-)

Re: Wizards!
After all this silliness ends, being the boyscout that I am, I would like to try to heal the apoxified old hag...
Ints kill nans, probes kill bombers.

Re: Wizards!
Verincent suddenly has this compelling thought that he should do a war dance...
Go on, describe your war dance. I'll give you points for this for your next level up if you make me laugh.

Re: Wizards!
*Verincent knives dagger on the floor*
*Left knee is risen up in the air very slowly at first in a trance whilst looking at Uther with a puzzled look*
*Staff in right hand, he looks at it and gives an enormous smile once he looks back at Uther*
*Using staff as a tower, he grips it with both hands and rubs ass in a sweeping, repeating motion whilst the grin on his face gets more joyous and he kicks his feet up whilst circling the dagger, head turning left to right in synchrony, singing Arooo arooo arooo aroo!
*
*Verincent overhears Uther saying: "Is this what he needed a Mahogany stand for? Jeez."
*Nooks and crannies on the marble staff irritate his bum which bloats up and with a duckface bows and as he gets back up a lifted right eyebrow accompanies Verincent saying*
All's fair in love and war, even escalation! POINT ME TO THE LADIES!
Nothing like a good shine. Now where Anthropoligus? I wanted to make this moment last forever! And Mordin, you cannot heal how beautiful I am!

Re: Wizards!
Everyone present is stunned by the uh... um... well, moving on...
+3 points for sheer genius to both caster and castee. Remind me when the time comes.
Mordin is led by the hand by two beautiful maidens deeper into the mountain to treat one of the afflicted while the rest of the party are led to their shared quarters - which turns out to be a huge circular chamber with beds and food everywhere.
Mordin is being led through narrow stone corridors which criss-cross confusingly. Not that he's complaining with the lovely company at arm's length..
Role play time, boys. Good role play equals more points. Go for it.

Re: Wizards!
(So I'm guessing the Dagger's still on the floor where I stuck it?)
*Verincent looks around trying to see if any of the girls up this mountain has been charmed by his war dance, and wonders what made him perform that again, after so many years, so many paths*

Nah, you still have it.

Re: Wizards!
Ok seriously guys, who wants a dagger?
I had wanted it thinking I am mostly useless and that I at least could hit hard if we ever came to face some foe, but I think it's better if someone else wields it to do damage as well.... Andronicus and Uther still seem like the best candidates.

Re: Wizards!
I'll take it. I needed a good kitchen knife.
