Mixed success with the LRM20 / SRM6 catapult build. Not sure if I'll keep it like that yet, bit it does sort of work...

So these are my two.  I had a Cicada but found it useless except for the speed.  Also, do not google 'Liz Vicious,' it is completely NSFW.

As long as I pilot them right, I get tend to get a win.  Still want a good front line assault, that will probably be my next.  I was looking at the DRG-1N but I am worried it will be a little light on the available tonnage and armor.

Also, if you are jumping back into the game, they have changed the controls.  I would highly recommend disabling 'arm lock' in options, I kinda like the new throttle setting (throttle decay).

I don't like the throttle decay the least bit! It makes matching speed with slower mechs much harder.

I think it makes it feel more like an FPS more than anything.  Arm lock is a definite sin however.

So I finally got my Atlas DDC.  Recommended fit out from chap I talked to said 2x UAC 5, 2 lrg Laser, ECM.  Also a standard 350 for extra speed.

Right now I have 2x lrg laser, LRM 20, AC10, and no ECM (bummer)

Anyways, this broke the bank, so I'm gonna be using whatever for a while.  Cheers.
