Re: Dawn Of War (Warhammer 40,000 RTS)
I remember squats!! The really cool kid who lived over the road had some.
And a Nippon Army for Warhammer. How dope would a Nippon BB team be eh?

YES PLEASE.
The Tau were/are all about the greater good, space hippies that just wanted everyone to get along with robots designed like manga mechs crossed with bunny rabbits. They were so ridiculous and out of place in 40k that I thought they were great.
I had a handful of models, played at least one skirmish game and even manged to paint at least two models.

What's a Necron (genuine question this time)?
Also Andon and Red Leader are 40k players, start a thread in the general forum for 40k chat or general GW chat (bitching

Space Khemri
Re: Dawn Of War (Warhammer 40,000 RTS)
That sounds dumb. Then again I was never keen on the fantasy Khemri, I preferred the lone necromancer raising an army and marching on the lands of the living.
Re: Dawn Of War (Warhammer 40,000 RTS)
Ah the Necrons looks way cooler than Khemri though.

Also if you upgrade their base enough, their main structures basically turns into a slow moving death star!

How does that work then? I can't figure it out, myself. Keep pressing the wrong buttons, anyway.

Daigaro is correct. I was missing one of the Master Edition expansions, but I figured, £2.49 to make sure we all had the same one.... so I bought it.
I have sent my request off to Sega to get steam keys for my retail-bought copies.
Fairly straightforwards from memory? Just pick a 3v3 map, get 3 players to sign up and choose 3 AI's. Of course it may have changed since I last played it. The back end for online multiplayer was Gamespy (which was the impetus for moving it to Steam). There's definitely a skirmish mode, so you can play 3v3 with 2 AI's beside you, that was my usual game mode. I enjoyed the larger kill count & feeling of chaos. I would win 60%-70% of the time which was a nice balance between challenge/enjoying all the slaughter.
