I challenge Santa to the contest and then beat him up.

You dare to threaten my dark overlord?!
Ignore him oh great Santa. Come and have mercy on us all.
When do I meet the Ho's?

Re: Wizards!
I'll run with Andon's story first while Memento and Idanmel get in their decisions.
Day 6
You are near to the city you have seen in your vision, the mountain is clearly visible in the distance. But you have more pressing matters to attend to - you have to get your friends out from the depths of hell itself!
The village is a pathetic affair. All thatch-roof cottages and filthy unkempt peasants. This place is just waiting for a dragon to overrun it. You do spot a few places of interest though..
Do you:
1. Get to the tavern for a drink and rest.
2. You see a fortune teller's hut... perhaps they may be of help.
3. There is a great monastery (can't be anything else but) filled with bald monks in the outskirts of the village. Perhaps they could help with your problem.

Re: Wizards!
The moment I took learn 2 you knew I was going to exploit the hell out of it.
Since I have 3 turns to cast that (if I understand it correctly), how about dedicate 2 to seeing what the triple Ho cult was up to in the last week and 1 turn to seeing what happened to the last guy that tried to climb the 7 circles.
Dear Party, whatever happens, I suggest we stick together. I know I'm a fucking wimp with a hard hitting swing, but I'm butter. I need a meatshield in front of me. *glares at Fenlander* Also, I really hope Andronicus is okay. If only there was a way to communicate with him. it was actually a good choice to split like this. I bet with his slow spam he will be 30 levels ahead of us by the time we rendezvous. IF we rendezvous. IF RENDEZVOUS IS POSSIBLE. Shit. We HAVE TO GET OUT OF THIS HELLHOLE AND FIND ANDRONICUS.
Sorry to have dragged us down here... or maybe not. Where's the booty... errr loot? I'm going to guess there's plenty of wimps like us we can beat up for their lunch money down here as we decide wtf to do. Something good must come out of having signed that, right? RIGHT? I WANT A LEATHER JERKIN TOO!
Edit: Not sure if casting Lrn2 for 3 turns means -9m or -27m? If I can do more than that at one time and it gives increasing returns, put in -50m actually. Either way, it seems we will be here a while. Thankfully we have Mordin. Those "Nothing" cookies taste like nothing but at least we won't be hungry or malnourished.

Re: Wizards!
Figured doing Verincent's action first may effect Mordin's so:
You cast your vision into the depths of time aaaaaaand..
*rolls dice*
Sorry, dice says no. Apparently the one spell you have in your spell book doesn't function in this dimension. Oops.

Re: Wizards!
I have no idea whats going on...
Can everyone do whatever he wants, or do we have to decide as a group?
3 turns to cast your spell? What does that even mean?

You can do whatever you want at this point. 3 turns was probably bad wording, but basically a Seer can hold their vision for 3 turns, getting deeper every time, without any magical strain or adding any mana costs like Andon did... so nothing you should worry about.

I concur. Especially the bit about using Fenlander as a meat-sheild.
Which course of action we going for? I want to join a cult! Hail Mighty Santa

Re: Wizards!
Currently two of you want to join the cult, one of you probably wants to go through the 7 Hells to get your soul back and Mordin is just being confused.
Andronicus makes his way to the monastery. He finds various monks doing hardcore super martial arts training like repeatedly kicking their own balls with iron boots and walking on hot coals with their tongues.
They do eventually spot you though, so what do you say?

Re: Wizards!
"Greetings, noble awesome men! I have a quest which I believe you can help me with. You see, a bunch of my companions decided that they were going to sign a contract from Satanta and are now gone. I was hoping you would have some relevant information, and perhaps would be able to teach me some of your ways"
Re: Wizards!
Mordin you'll need to figure out what you're going to do. Either pray for mercy, join Santa or go on a quest to retrieve your soul.
The kindly bald men listen to your tale and while they cross their bushy eyebrows at 'Santanta' their eyes spring in alarm at 'sign a contract'. They get into a complicated huddle (legs together, head on the ground, arms in the air, etc) and after a few moments one of the most wizened looking monk steps up and tell you this:
"This Santanta you speak of is clearly Santa of the Triple Hos. He is the Lord of Hell and the Great Demon King who ravaged this world in the Old War. He has recently retired and reinvented himself as the Great Lawyer who traps unwitting travellers with offers of power and wealth.
The old man rubs his chin and casts a troubled gaze at you.
"I am Jet Li, of the Shao Lin Monks. We can help you return your friends back into this plane, but we'll need their names."

Re: Wizards!
"Well. There's Mordin of the Healers. He's, well... our healer. Felander of the Elementals. Meat shield extraordinaire. Uther the Unseen.... you may have a hard time finding him. And Vericent the Walker. He can be a bit pessimistic at times, but a good thinker."
Re: Wizards!
I agree with Mordin, I also want to try to get my soul back.... But in all honesty its mostly cause lute solo duel sounds too awesome to pass up.
That and maybe I want to test our battle prowess...

As the monks listen to the names, they enter the monastery and begin to light the place up with torches. You follow them down into a spacious dungeon, where the stand in a perfect circle and begin chanting in the eastern tongue. You just hover around unsure what to do.
MEANWHILE, BACK IN HELL..
The party has dissolved into squabbling and arguing about "where them hos at" and lute solos and kicking Santa's ass when they were rudely interrupted by an earthquake, and the most annoying humming they have ever heard.
The humming gets closer and closer until... it seems to be coming from Mordin and Uther.. hmm, how strang- POP.
POP. Uther and Mordin land in a heap in the middle of the monk circle. Andronicus started laughing in joy until he realized Fenlander and Verincent weren't there. After some furious questioning, Jet Li calmly tells him that there were no people named Felander and Vericent. Andronicus facepalmed and realized he may have not pronounced their names properly.
The new arrivals are given some food to eat, while Verincent and Fenlander face the daunting task of taking on the Seven Circles of Hell.
Would Fenlander want to commune with the spirits in this place, or does the dynamic duo begin their journey immediately?
