Inviting friends and bringing in more people.

Ps2 is massive beyond belief. I'd love to see a lot of our Allegiance based core group playing this, but even if we activate all of our roster, we could still use reinforcements.
I think Exocet@SF and Kevdude aka Bahamutz would probably like to join us here, and I suspect a few of my finnish gamer friends would probably be interested as well.
What do you guys think about trying to build up our numbers to 30 - 50? Most of us probably have some friends who are genuinely nice guys and who we think would fit in with the RT crowd. In Ps2 we would really benefit from being able to storm facilities with 20+ ppl regularily.

That's why we created this forum to begin with Adept

. We could start by inviting those friends to the outfit (or just friend them and get them into squads all the time? that works as well) and giving them access to this particular subforum (only for PS2). Then see how everything works while we decide on the new recruitment policy ^^.

Yep i thought the same, Adept. And we need a fixed playing time every week, where we can invite them too, where we know enough ppl are online ...

I am very much against restricted access to forums. It stifles the ability for people to connect and discuss other things with each other. If you joined a group and were barred from accessing other things, would you want to?
Additionally, why should we block players from joining our other games - When they can already do that as it is?

The restriction to just one forum wouldn't be permanent in any case. The way I see it, we would just give the access to this particular forum pretty quick, maybe just to get to know the other person and allow other people to know him, then erase the restriction as soon as they're already a part of the squad. No one would have restricted access while being part of the clan, but we could give restricted access to still only potential members.
That being said, the recruitment policy would have one new step that in Alleg was covered by the community forums.
Also, this is not the place to discuss that

. I'll post something more extensive next week on the thread of recruitment forum.

I've added Bahamutz aka Kevdude to our company, and he should be on these forums as well already.

Exocet will join us as well, and should sign up to say hello somewhere on these forums. Old hands should remember him from Allegiance.
As a bonus he's a real life helicopter pilot, so maybe he'll manage to fly the damn aircraft

Dorjan has been signed up for our company on Woodman for a while, and has participated on the tuesday rampage already.
He is crazy good at the FPS side of the game.
