I actually haven't decided on which Imperial subfaction to support, it's all rather irrelevant to me just now.

I mostly meant the pomp and fashion.

Of course, nuero-whipping doesn't happen in the empire as it's against protocol. I hear it's very common in the sweat shops of the Federation on the other hand.

I'd quote the Imperial princess from the anti slavery community goal if I could find it. She should know, and she disagrees with the above quite a bit.

I'm seriously very curious about how this will play out. It sounded like there is room for 20 "Powers", only 10 of which will be claimed at start, and they can also fade and lose their position.

IMO they need to expand the system down to the lower levels, so that one can declare allegiance to any of the minor factions.
