I'll be playing skaven next season then so me and ID can get the underworld 1-2 the season after, he'll need a season of building for that.

Yes, in more interesting news than the Cup Of People That Win Stuff the (Percy Presents) the Entheogen Experiment argued with No Stable Isotopes over who got to lose the first Battle Of the Stunties +1.

The Entheogen Experiment tried hardest by failing 6 passes and giving the ball to the crowd who then gave it to the 'topes to score; but the Isotopes gave a good account of themselves by giving the ball back to the Enth's right at the start of the 2nd half. The Topes looked like they were going to be all 'proper' by scoring a winner; but true to form failed a simple hand off (with a reroll) to keep the crowd entertained.

Highlight of the match being either Henbane Badly Hurting himself and a goblin off in one fell swoop or a Shamegoblin rolling 3875 5s or 6s on the trot to escape numerous tackle zones and picking in the ball in tackle zones; finished off by a dazzling 1 when he tried to wang the ball.

Look out Abom; there's gonna be some fierce competition for the Wooden Spoon next season.

So next season is looking like this... ("new" means it's their first competition, not that they have played 0 matches)
La = Skaven
Gandalf = Nurgle
Daigaro = Khorne (new) or Ducks
id = Chaos/Underworld (new)
Abom = Goblins
Red Lion 3 = undead (new)
Idanmel = ?
Moose = ?
Raveen = ? might depend on how cup final goes
notjarvis = ? might depend on how cup final goes

Are we starting on May 1st, or having a week off? May 2nd is a public holiday here in the UK, so maybe there's some people away. I'm up for starting ASAP.

Any new players likely to join?

I have asked someone at work if he is going to try it now (installed for 3-4 months).

Moose said the other night after his 1000th disconnect that he was considering sitting out the season, which would be a shame.

I'd also like to start immediately!

Come on commissioner!

Dark Elves are getting to the point in skills where I'm bored with them, so i suspect however the final goes they are going on my pile of retired teams after this season.

I'm 50/50 on whether I'll take part in S9, Life/Work.Family is incredibly busy at the moment, so I'm trying to work out how time is etc.

Would it help moose if we started a thread to give him tech support?

I have a friend who might be interested but can't make Sunday 8pm, or indeed any day at 8pm, he works to an earlier sleeping pattern (as do his kids). Would we want someone on board who would only play at 7 or 7:30?

I couldn't really make kick offs before 7.45, I have to say, haven't finished getting the children in bed by then.

(Percy Presents) The Entheogen Experiment continued their march towards an unprecedented 'Most Passes Failed On The Trot' award by failing at least one more (that makes 7 on the bounce...) and fluke a TD and a win in a highly incompetent game against some 'misguided' fairy tale types.

Percy is beginning to regret mixing Entheogens and all that Frenzy.

Yes I am thinking of sitting this season out, I will be a tempting to hone my skills in single player and will be around for some friendlies so will try and return for season 10 if I can get my tech issues fixed

Sorry.

I couldn't play earlier. If anything I'd be happier to play a bit later.
If you want to get him in and everyone else is happy I'd sit out the season (i wouldn't be annoyed about it or anything, might be nice to have a break for a season and get some new blood in, as i said above, I'm generally a bit worn out at the moment)

Sam goes to bed 8-8:30 now, and I nearly always put him to bed and read to him for a bit..
My oldest (Amber) goes to bed at 9 (but more or less puts herself to bed nowadays)

Tech thread might help but I think the problem may be with my provider combines with bloodbowls inability to handle brief losses of connection, I will be switching provider some time in June I think so will se if that helps

Honestly I think he's pretty unlikely, and la also said he can't do earlier, so best forget about him for now.

I believe you drop from mumble too...? So it does suggest it's your ISP rather than bloodbowl that's to blame.
