That's because No Entry is such an attractive fellow; others cannot resist his charm.

I'm starting to think lightening bolts are like Raveen's GFI rolls. Technically 2+ but in reality a 50-50 chance. As I recall id3's first turn consisted mostly of "blitz No Entry with the troll!" Foul Appearance failed "reroll it!" failed loner roll "OK hit a nurgle warrior!" Foul Appearance failed. "Lightening-bolt attack No Entry!" rolled a 1.... ::)

Yes, good game Abom. And a very decent long match report.

Re the ghoul who got swamped by goblins towards the end - I thought he was essentially safe, and a score was a near certainty! And then three if not four goblins got to him using stunty. :-S ...

The use of strip ball was effective. I saw the player had the skill, but haven't really seen it do anything and didn't register that the push would lead to loss of the ball :-S ...

And the errors continued. A routing error leading to ball loss through dodging a wight; misunderstanding the fanatic strength so sending lots of players into a scrum in the middle in an attempt to get a block on him instead of running away...

And then to cap off a bad coaching day for the Plaice, the MVP went to the zombie purchased before the last game. Again. So after two games that zombie has 12 SPP. Whereas after a season my number-one-on-the-list mummy has amassed... 2 SPP. On a mummy. In a season.

Anyway, well played. You beat me even after losing one of your big guys in short order! And without even trying to throw a goblin :-(

Hey, so... BDBD and Casualties Against - do thralls Badly Hurt by my own vampires count for that?

I don't think so. It uses Cyanide's casualty field, which are injuries that credit the opponent with 2SPP, I don't do any amendments to that number.

However, Vampires are a weird exception to a lot of things, so feel free to challenge this statement by looking in the match logs (all available on BBDB).

Hum, I'm not sure I can use the logs to challenge it* and will take what you say above

*I don't think regen or apothecary rolls are in there. The logs show 22 injuries being sustained, 2 of which are BHs due to BL.

If you want you can view the raw text logs under the "other" tab, that will include all the rolls.

Aha. Well, I've spent enough lunch times counting dice rolls this week, so I'll have to pass on that ;)

Are we finishing the league this weekend?

Rav vs id3 is the only remaining catchup match.

Hey, silly question: If I have an injured player, he doesn't take up a spot for purposes of hiring mercs/star players, right? So if a 16/16 roster has a "miss next game", it counts as 15/16 and can hire a star?

Yes, and if you have say a 2/2 player MNG, you can hire that type of player as a merc next game.

Abom you are right, I got this wrong recently. I fired snotlings to make space to hire a star player in a match last season, and then found out I didn't need to as the one missing the game didn't count towards my 16.

I'll have to double check, but it should be fine with me!
