Re: Wizards!
Yeah, do I have to do something now?
I guess I'll apologize and try to find the rest of the gang.

Ints kill nans, probes kill bombers.

Re: Wizards!
Let's get the band back together. At least that way we're not incinerating hapless people. Although you DID get rid of the pox...
Re: Wizards!
I would like to use my charm to find out more about what happens at the peak of the mountain and about the altar.
Re: Wizards!
The footman looks at R'rud and rolls his eyes at the country bumpkin. He tells *her* that no one is allowed into the altar until the procession tomorrow evening when the sun begins to set.
Meanwhile, in the infirmary..
Mordin apologizes sombrely to the girl over her lost mother, before making a quick exit to find the others, Agrippa in tow. They do not get far before they hear hysterical cries from the girl: "MURDERERS! THIEVES!"
Meanwhile, in the goat's room..
The cult ladies tell you that the dragon will descend upon the city tomorrow evening when the procession reaches the summit of the mountain, and tells you that no one is allowed up until then. Uther then starts to mutter some nonsense words and the ladies aren't sure what to do. They look at each other and decide that Ibun should handle this, so they start to lead you to her quarters.
3 hours of bumbling all across the palace, the party finally reunites back at their quarters, where Ibun was already waiting for them.
"Great Wizards of the West! I see you are enjoying our hospitality! (the women giggle and brush themselves against you). The King is ready to see you. Is there anything that you would require before we go ahead with the royal audience?"

Re: Wizards!
I guess I should try to stick close to my fellow wizards, disguised as a wanton dancing girl. Perhaps I can accompany them to the royal audience.
Else, I want to see if I can sneak into Ibuns appartments and try to find some plans and/or spell scrolls. not sure if we need to stay together from this point on.

Re: Wizards!
FYI: R'rud is not allowed to the audience as she's just a mere cult girl. Ibun dismisses Agrippa as some kind of familiar Mordin summoned.
Re: Wizards!
In that case, since Ibun is out with the wizards, I will try to sneak into her home and look for signs of what is about to happen. I also keep my eyes out for spell scrolls. Sneaking is done with great attention to possible detection. I do not want to get caught.
Re: Wizards!
"Ibun...."
"Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. I was most impressed with the girls scintillating conversation. I am overcome with pride at the thought that the King has granted us an audience, and am looking forward to being within his August presence"
(N.B. Uther is still incredibly nervous - he's just decided that levels of obsequiousness, flattery and fawning are needed here, it's clearly the most cowardly option.
*he whispers to others can you guys sense anything interesting around here?*)

Re: Wizards!
Agrippa looking at still confused Mordin suggests an idea : "Look, if you caused the demise of that lady and regret it now, shall I try to raise her ashes and you try to heal flesh and bones back onto what's left?"...
Re: Wizards!
(Teamwork!)
Verincent addresses Ibun.
My dear lady, we are prettily enjoying your hospitality and thank you dearly for it. Before we go along, I was wondering if you could tell me about the rites to be performed soon... Why have we been so honoured, for one?

FYI: I always respond to important questions immediately as I don't see the sense of moving a storyline with all you getting is a 'yes'. So..
Ibun merely chuckles kindly as if to a mother to his son. "His Highness will tell you about the rites shortly. He merely thought it best to meet with his guests from the west as a simple courtesy."

Well, we're boned.

*Uther whispers to Rav*
That's what I've been trying to tell you all along. Have you tried to contact the spirits around this place? To find out what they feel?

Re: Wizards!
*Verincent makes sure Ibun is busy with something else before huddling the party as well*
Hey, we've been through hell itself. Sure, we were "rescued" but if we really want to see this Dragon that fate seems to have put in our way, I'd say let's do it. We can always run away... later?
