Guns of Icarius Online

Postby Andon » Sun Dec 29, 2013 2:04 pm

Premise is simple. Up to four people crew an airship in games of 1v1 to 4v4. A few friends and I have been playing and it's quite fun. We were running around in a small fast ship setting things on fire.

Crewmembers have one of three classes: Pilot, Gunner, and Engineer.

Pilot equipment is generally only used when flying the ship. Gunner equipment is, well, for guns. And engineers fix things. You get three pieces of equipment for your class and one from the other two, and can swap between classes on the same character between matches. Classes level up but that has no effects on gameplay - A level 12 doesn't have stupid powers or whatnot.

no problem. Don't worry about any cash, only cost me less than a quid or so per extra licence, a few RT having fun will make it worth it.

I'll will take one PandaBeard

Rest assured your kind gesture has tipped the balance into doing something nice for someone here
Disclaimer: I have commited to watching every episode of Doctor Who starting at the beginning. Please feel free to ccomment alongmy journey but please no spoilers of any kind and htis includes discussions of anything forward of where I am at that time. No writer X vs writer Z comparisons, no vague references to things to come, no wink nudge nudges even please. The request is if you are in doubt about if I have seen it yet than do not mention it please. Spoliers are really spolers for me and I hate to know what is about to happen. I will faithfully update where in the series I am and the goal is to watch the entire series before the New Year. *gulp* Oh boy About twenty hours a week is what a quick look online is telling me and quite alot of the dear Doctor no matter how much I may come to love the series. Man I hope I end up liking the darn thing... oh boy

generousity is only eclipsed by my awesoesauceness... until you compare it to errrm Memo's collection of 1980s clip on ties... than all bets are off

sinceramente gracias mi hermano notJarvis

Btw (if my Spanish is god awful due to a lack of skill, dependence on translating software trying to make me look 7331 than FFS please correct it.  If you could explain why it made want to stick an ice pick through your frontal lobes allj that much better.  The goal is to go from wanna be Gringo to Senor Gringo ;) )

hmmm I think a signature is born... espcially the Senor vs Senior ;)

Do you guys want to get together and play a game of this together? Maybe at the weekend?

Sunday 1 hr after squad game time might be good for me.....

I've still got one license to give away if anyone wants it too......

I would like to play together. You can invite me anytime I'm online. An hour after squadtime might be too late for me. It is also quite hard for me to plan on being present. I usually play when I've got time and my gf is doing her own stuff, like watching a soap / series (which is daily on workdays at 20.00 Amsterdam time, or at 20.20 on sunday iirc).
