Ouch. Spinx won 1-0.

The dice turned against me :-)

More than 1/4 (nearly a 1/3) of my D6 rolls were 1
More than 1/4 of my Block rolls were skull
From 36 2D6 rolls I managed to breach his armour 3 times (I rolled more than 9 only twice)

One of my players gained a concussion and I'm seriously considering retiring him as he's got no skills, and the lower AV could prove a handicap down the line too.

Will write more later

I'd like to say thanks to everyone for a really good natured league. It's been a lot of fun and each of you gave me different challenges to overcome (or not overcome in Gandy's case).

Particular highlights for me were the game against Spinx and cracking the nut of the Dwarven attack twice and particularly the game against Idan which felt like a championship match even though it turned out not to be.

Lowlights would have to be allowing nj's cage to advance too far by forgetting sideways movement and even worse, forgetting that Wood Elves might throw the ball...

The best nights have been where we've had two games in parrallel as it makes the game social beyond talking to your opponent (which I always feel a bit bad about because I don't want to distract them during their turn). Hopefully we can drum up extra people for the next season for even more fun.
