Totally agree with Gandalf - we are probably due an 'Allstars' Season soon; everyone playing their highest TV teams...

Maybe an all stars Swiss tournament in the autumn? Make it a dual baby shower for Gandalf and I.

An even number of players are randomly paired up for the first games. Then a formula is used to match up winners against winners and losers against losers for the next round and so on. After a predetermined number of rounds a winner is declared based on wins, and then other criteria.

It's a way of having a tournament that doesn't require lots of games but everyone gets to play multiple matches.

I was able to pick up again and moved off up the pitch. nj had some unlucky turns, double skulling on a 2D block on the ball carrier for one example. In the end I was able to get the ball up to the endzone with all of the lizards out of range.

1 thing I didn't mention at the time (which was kind-of my reserve plan) was I only needed to delay your touchdown by 1 turn to give me 4 turns to try and equalise rather than 1 so if that 2D block had worked, or I'd left a tackle zone or two on your player (I would have tried to get the break tackle Saurus into range too), I was reasonably happy I still had a chance with AG1, and at a minimum 2 skinks coming on the field (including my MA10 one with sprint).

Would have been an epic come back if I managed it, but it was not to be. :P

Sounds like we should make it a one day affair.

Or am I being too optimistic about other people's time commitments?

I cannot spend 6 hours at the computer, if that is what you mean.
